✅ What You’ll Do
* 🧭 Guide clients through Medicare, life, and supplemental health plans
* 📊 Conduct personalized needs assessments to find the right solutions
* 🤝 Build rapport through in-person meetings & outbound calls
* 🗂 Keep accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
* 📚 Stay up to date on insurance products, trends, and regulations
* 🌱 Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused culture
🚀 Your First 90 Days
* 📖 Learn Medicare basics (Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Supplements)
* ☎️ Handle inbound/outbound calls to master consultative sales
* 📅 Set & complete 10–20 appointments weekly during training
* 🎯 Work toward 125 outbound calls or 5+ hours talk time daily
* 🏆 Early goal: 5 enrollments or policy sales weekly

💼 Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position. You will:
* 🧒 Provide counseling services to children and families
* 📝 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* 👥 Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
* 🤝 Collaborate with case managers and other team members
* 🛡 Ensure the well-being and emotional stability of children in foster care or out-of-home arrangements

💼 Role Description
We are seeking an LPC Associate for a part-time or full-time remote position under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor. The LPC Associate will:
* 🧒 Provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and families
* 📝 Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
* 👥 Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions under supervision
* 🤝 Collaborate closely with supervisors, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams
* 🛡 Maintain compliance with ethical and professional counseling standards
* 📂 Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
🎓 Qualifications
* 🎯 Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
* 📜 Active LPC Associate license in the state of practice
* 🗣 Experience in individual, group, or family counseling (internship or post-graduate)
* 📋 Ability to follow treatment plans and incorporate supervisor feedback
* 💬 Strong written and verbal communication skills
* 🏠 Comfortable working independently and remotely
* 👶 Experience or interest in child welfare or foster care (preferred)

💵 Compensation
* 💰 $30 per completed client session
