What Youβll Do
* π§ Guide clients through Medicare, life, and supplemental health plans
* π Conduct personalized needs assessments to find the right solutions
* π€ Build rapport through in-person meetings & outbound calls
* π Keep accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
* π Stay up to date on insurance products, trends, and regulations
* π± Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused culture
π Your First 90 Days
* π Learn Medicare basics (Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Supplements)
* βοΈ Handle inbound/outbound calls to master consultative sales
* π
Set & complete 10β20 appointments weekly during training
* π― Work toward 125 outbound calls or 5+ hours talk time daily
* π Early goal: 5 enrollments or policy sales weekly

πΌ Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position. You will:
* π§ Provide counseling services to children and families
* π Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* π₯ Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
* π€ Collaborate with case managers and other team members
* π‘ Ensure the well-being and emotional stability of children in foster care or out-of-home arrangements

* π Current LPC license in the state of practice

πΌ Role Description
We are seeking an LPC Associate for a part-time or full-time remote position under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor. The LPC Associate will:
* π§ Provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and families
* π Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
* π₯ Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions under supervision
* π€ Collaborate closely with supervisors, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams
* π‘ Maintain compliance with ethical and professional counseling standards
* π Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
π Qualifications
* π― Masterβs degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
* π Active LPC Associate license in the state of practice
* π£ Experience in individual, group, or family counseling (internship or post-graduate)
* π Ability to follow treatment plans and incorporate supervisor feedback
* π¬ Strong written and verbal communication skills
* π Comfortable working independently and remotely
* πΆ Experience or interest in child welfare or foster care (preferred)

* π° $30 per completed client session
* π Flexible scheduling with supervisor-approved caseload
